Kidzebo knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others.

YOUR INFORMATION

The information we gather helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience at Kidzebo.com.
We receive and may store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features and special deals. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, and communicating with you.

SSL

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

CHILDREN

Kidzebo.com does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Kidzebo.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Notice and the Conditions of Use will change also. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our Web site frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an original Kidzebo receipt or shipping invoice and a return processing number. Please email returns@kidzebo.com for assistance and a return processing number.

DVDs

Due to the current state and frequency of media piracy, we do not accept returns of opened DVDs (taken out of plastic wrap). You may return any unopened DVD for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange any item that is defective. Unopened individual DVDs which were sold as a part of a package may be returned in accordance with package pricing.

ART

You may return art in original condition for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Any damaged goods or goods showing use will not be accepted.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, and so we have extended our returns period for the holidays.

Items purchased between November 15 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions.

SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Most DVD orders take 2-3 days for processing. Most standard Kidzebo Art print orders are custom framed to order, and may take 7-10 business days to process. Special order Kidzebo Art print orders may take up to 3 weeks to process. On occasion processing may take longer due to inventory problems or other matters beyond our control.

SHIPPING

Due to its fragile nature, Kidzebo Art will always be shipped separately from the rest of your order.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Unless otherwise noted, your order will be shipped through the USPS (United States Postal Service). DVDS will be sent as “media mail” and Kidzebo Art will be sent as “parcel post.” Items will be shipped from our Medford, MA processing plant and may take 7-10 business days depending on destination.

UPGRADEABLE SHIPPING

On some items, you have the option to choose UPS shipping.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

We will do our best to get your packages to you in time for the holidays, but please consider processing time and shipping time when making your purchases on Kidzebo.com. For orders to arrive before December 25 we suggest purchasing before noon on December 20. We also suggest upgrading to express shipping on items purchased between December 10 and December 20 and overnight shipping on items purchased after December 20.
